BC- latest one…

“Whereas, the Town commission has determined that, for those owners of registered vessels in the North Beach Annexation Area who owned their vessels at the time of annexation, the less stringent regulations from the County Code regarding the parking and storage of those vessels should be applied for so long as they continue to own their properties and their vessels, if those owners can demonstrate that a practical difficulty prevents them from complying with the requirements of the Town Code.”…

In other words you all walked through the “fire” with hours of sitting in Jarvis Hall…waiting to speak…collecting signatures…both pro and con…only to end up back where you all started…No boats in the front…unless you can prove you cannot keep it on the side…in back or off the property…”demonstrating a practical difficulty that prevents them from complying”…..Good luck with that…….Let the new round of citations begin…YIKES!
