So here’s the response from 2 readers on the minutes…or lack there of…
seems the Town Clerk is “clarifying” already approved minutes?…Why?….
The minutes for 3/11/08 commission meeting…3/25/08 workshop and 3/25/08 commission meeting were approved by the Commission on 4/8/08…
No changes…deletions or additions should be taking place…. after the 5- 0 vote on all 3….
In the event there are any….they must be put back on the next agenda for the Commission to re- approve them…
The Commission must check the already approved minutes they voted on to compare them to any minutes going online ….and in the record….
Another reader reminded BCbythesea….that the Manager was adamant that the former webmistress’ services were no longer required…. it could be done in- house….
being no fan of the former service provided…it seemed to be the correct move…. at the time….
but here we are…
with the town website…and no minutes…which should have been included on the site as soon as they were approved at that meeting on 4/8./08……
again… raises concerns about what is happening in Town Hall…….
