BC- One night not too long ago a gentleman sat behind this writer at a Commission meeting and told me he sent in a “headline” to Jay Leno…and last night it made it on the air!…

After showing it Jay quips..”Town’s Colon wins an award…Now where would you put that?”… OUCH!…and then he tossed it off the desk! OOPS!……. Kudos to the gentleman that sent it in!….
