EXTRA…..EXTRA…….McDONALDS IS NOT “GREEN”……….
BCbythesea hubby doing his part to cut down on CO2 emissions….at the McDonald’s drive-thru on A1A in Fort Lauderdale….gave his order ….
arrived at the pick-up window….
only to be told….he would not be served…. for not having a motor!…….
being without his lock…he tried to bring his bike inside…to quickly pick up his order…..
no such luck….
no bikes inside…they said….
so with one eye on his food and other eye on his unlocked non- motorized mode of travel….
he was finally able to complete the transaction……..
Shame on you…McDonald’s….
We knew you weren’t “green” when you stopped serving Shamrock shakes….so long ago….but this….
NOTE:……Burger King in LBTS…..is definitely “green”….
bicycles are welcome… at their pick-up window…….
