73. SUNSET REVIEW OF BOARDS:
A. MOTION TO APPROVE staff recommendations regarding the continuance of boards listed on “Boards Recommended for Retention”. (Exhibit 1)
B. MOTION TO APPROVE staff recommendations regarding the modification of boards listed on “Boards Recommended for Retention with Modifications” and to direct the County Attorney to prepare a resolution(s) for Board approval. (Exhibit 2)
C. MOTION TO APPROVE staff recommendations regarding the sunset of boards listed on “Boards Recommended for Sunset” and to direct the County Attorney to prepare a resolution(s) for Board approval. (Exhibit 3)
D. MOTION TO APPROVE staff recommendations regarding changes to Broward County Code of Ordinances Section 1-233. (Exhibit 4)
E. MOTION TO DIRECT the County Attorney to make all necessary changes to legislation related to Broward County boards that are subject to sunset review, to conform to the Broward County Code of Ordinances Section 1-233.
F. MOTION TO APPROVE staff recommendations regarding changes to the At-Large Board Rotation Procedures. (Exhibit 5).
G. MOTION TO APPROVE staff recommendations regarding changes to Advisory Boards Policies (Exhibit 6).
