Bcbythesea…has been informed by a Board member….we already have the required monies… designated for this purpose… this fiscal year
impact windows and the correct class A shutters will put Building B on track to cut down our deductible for windstorm insurance…in previous post….with a switch from Citizens to QBE after 100% complete protection…. a huge cost savings…
This is one part of what remains to be done…the other …the 4 units who still have not contracted or complied with the required shutters or windows… 2 of which are refusing…. another Board meeting is coming up to discuss amending the Condo rules….enacting the right for the Condo to proceed with the installation and place a lien on the owner of the unit in question….
