Ms Bradley and her husband were previously posted for a “run-in” with the Development Director…a few months back…over the variance items….requiring the BSO to be at a meeting….and the Bradley’s to be publicly disparaged by the Town Administration…in their absence ….most improper..in this writer’s opinion…

1. a variance for a shed put up without the required permit….asking for it to be 5 ft. 2 inches from the right-of-way rather than the required 15 ft.

2. a variance for a pool….to be constructed…3 ft. 1.5 inches from the Seaward right-of-way…rather than the required 10 ft.

3. a variance for a fence to to be located within the corner yard…along the property line rather than the required 10 ft.
