Pension funds….Chicago teachers vs. teachers retirement system of Ill. which cover teachers outside of Chicago..less percentage to the former…like so many funds …this pension fund has revenues that only meet 82% of its obligations……. this year Chicago schools diverted $131.5 million away from classroom money to the pension fund; by 2045 that number could be close to a billion….pensions…somethings gotta give… as in previous posts…
