BC- We hear the Commissioner was checking out the Aruba Alleyway #3 on the Alleyway Study …( She must have checked out the BCbythesea previous posting pics) before she turned around to take a look at the Country Ham N’ Eggs alley across the way…
Question is was she looking into the beach pedestrian/traffic flow…or helping out the BSO with hand- to- hand drug deal going down?…OOPS!…
