This writer heard something was amiss…with the pavilion…but what more could there be…after missing walls…uninstalled plumbing hook-ups…surely there could not be more?…

Include on the plans the building data:

Type VB Construction
Group A-5 Occupancy

Address the NOA’s for the Hardi-Plank siding.

Address the Trellis by submitting the shop drawings now or explain.

Submit the NOA’s for the truss anchors in duplicate reviewed and approved by the design professional of record per FBC 2321.7.

Address the Bike rack details or explain.

Provide a building application for the roof membrane system.

Shall be accompanied by duplicate HVHZ Uniform Permit Application completed with submittals as stated in the application

Some questions…
The Manager said we have no walls…despite this writer seeing renderings with walls …up until….12/12/08….(day of the inspection)…being delivered to Town Hall from the contractor…why would the contractor need to ” Address the NOA’s for the Hardi-Plank siding.”…if no walls were being  built?…

The Manager said there will be no bathrooms and no plumbing was done for future bathrooms…despite the bids including bathrooms…why the plumbing inspection…. that passed?

The Manager said the cost awarded to Coastal Construction for this job was $370,810.00…why does the permit state…” Job Value…… $303,648.00″?…..

Seems like all those who came before the Commission to receive a “slap” for any delay/or questionable intent with their permits……need  a “second bite of the apple”?…

No double standards should apply…..
