A walk by the latest proposed land acquisition by the Town……behind the Mc-Public Safety Complex has a big sold sign atop the Keyes Realty sign out in front…HMMM..
Wonder if it was a “speculator” thinking they could later sell it to the Town…just hope it was not the Manager making another “decision” on her own!….
We hear Oriana is going to lower the wattage on their outdoor lights and install “shields” to make them people friendly…great move….Now the Town needs to follow suit at the El Prado park and with the very bright lights atop the Town Hall building….

Heard from a quite a few folks that an extra news rack is out on El Mar Drive…at the Blueseas for the Mc-Furth BTSTimes…a big no-no without a proper permit…and if that permit was obtained….a big HMMM…will we be seeing competing local papers at the edge of many more driveways and parking lots?…

LET’S TRY THIS ONE AGAIN….
The CIC is going for another “Old Fashioned” Town Hall Meeting…March 15,2009….and we hear they might actually do it right in their 2nd attempt……letting all the Commissioners sit in the room…and leaving those in attendance to only have to hear the questions once…imagine that?…
Now if they can only get the Vice Mayor to come as Vice Mayor and not the VFD Training Officer…
CATCHING UP AFTER CATCHING COLD….
Thought we dodged the “cold” bullet that made its way from Detroit to the BCbythesea Son-In-Law…to the BCbytheseadaughter while we were in Chicago…but I guess I didn’t duck quite enough…this one packs a wallop…and is the “lightweight” of the 3 varieties going cross country…finally at the tail-end…and low and behold…the BCbythesea hubby…is now in the throes…so now this writer’s fingers are crossed…that there is no ” boomerang” effect…by way of a double back from spouse to spouse!…
Hear the one Friday…this writer did not make it in…the back-up was out early…ARGHHH..usually it’s a wait til mid-to late afternoon…well at least it will be there Mon. morning…a lot of perusing will be done…some eye-opening agenda items…that need some big time explaining…for costs…need and other ?????………..
Prior to the 7 pm regular Commission meeting…the 5 pm workshop…we hear their is a tone of glee over the impending code changes coming from the administration…YIKES!….
Residents won’t want to keep their heads in the buried in the sand on this topic…no resident will be exempt!….
The question on everyone’s mind…the “elephant in the room”…Tues. night…the Pavilion…the LATEST letter of bad behavior by the Vice Mayor…If and how it’s all handled…
