Way back when…..during the campaign…at a VFD-CIC barbecue…some new LBTS-VFD recruits were in attendance…making quite an impression….causing much excitement of what would be in store ….this writer put forth the idea to Chief Perkins…to put together a LBTS-VFD calendar…showing the NEW-VFD…the YOUNG -VFD…with these very handsome new recruits…a real money maker…was an opportunity lost?….
