Description of Incident:
When an astute Broward Sheriff’s Office deputy patrolling the beach on an ATV Thursday evening noticed a suspicious man lurking outside of a condominium complex, the deputy paid special note to the man’s attire: black, bikini-style briefs and nothing else.
The underdressed man, David Hamilton of Pompano Beach, matched the description of a man who, according to witnesses, had exposed himself three times since May 4. All three incidents happened on the beach. One was at Atlantic Boulevard in Pompano Beach, and the other two were in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea. One resident reported a man by that description looking into a window at 1410 South Ocean Blvd.
Hamilton, a registered sex offender with several arrests in Broward County for exposing himself, was charged with trespassing. Broward Sheriff’s officials are looking for additional victims.
