We hear he rolls around on the VFD-ATV ….making stops in front of beach goers…asking them if they are enjoying the beach…and throwing them tootsie rolls… he then informs them he is Vice Mayor McIntee…(not VFD member McIntee)…and then gives them his version of the Oct. 25th rescue…he made…of the nearly drowned woman up the beach!…
