To Whom It May Concern:
I observed former Commissioner Marc Furth putting political signs in the ROW this afternoon on Seagrape Dr. and Washingtonia.
This is against the code enforced throughout town over the past 2 weeks.
The Furth endorsed candidate political signs for Comm. Silverstone and Joe Couriel were placed improperly throughout the town on Friday and today.
I expect that code will be paying visits to homeowners before Monday and not allow Furth campaign committee / candidates Silverstone and Couriel who are or should be fully aware of the code ord. to break them for days before LBTS code comes around to rectify the situation.

Dear Readers…. It’s just so early in the race to hear of signs being stolen and signs placed in the yards of people giving this writer a wink-wink on who they are really voting for!… Especially those who have long memories …The homeowner of the property above with the corner lot on Seagrape and Washingtonia where Marc Furth placed the his candidate’s signs will recall that at the last election in 2008 Cristie Furth came to her home and gave her what-for when she put a Yanni sign in her yard…In fact the BSO was involved  right after incident…The woman who owns the corner lot and her neighbor to the east across from this writer’s home will also be reminded by this writer that it was Commissioner Silverstone and his running mate Joe Couriel who were all for the sidewalks being on both sides of Washintonia and taking down the big trees. This writer prevailed to have the sidewalk in front of my home only to save the trees and the harm that sidewalk would cause to the apartment dwellers living on that side of the street. Perhaps those signs will change, and if not out of fear of another Furth visit perhaps this homeowner too, will vote with a wink and a nod on March 9, 2010 ……
