BC…This one’s for you Michael Arker….

(g) Effective period of final site plan approval….cross out SECURE…and put in OBTAIN… an APPROVED  building permit FOR THE ENTIRE MAIN STRUCTURE from the Town’s permitting authority when the construction is west of the coastal construction control line and 18 months when property is east of the coastal construction control line.

BC…in other words…your Attorney was correct…the word SECURE…and lack of APPROVED were open to interpretation…coming back to the table now?….

(a) for some reason the  advisement is to remove the  exiting 2 parking spaces requirement for condos…and keep it for single/2-family dwellings…

BC…HUH?… living in a condo need to have 2 spaces…and what should have been changed is left alone…item (b)…11/2 parking spaces required for multiple  family dwellings…make it 2 also…

BC…well dear readers this is how this writer came to this “dance” due to a variance needed after a fence approved by the former Town Development Director allowed what was against code…it did meet Broward code with wind -load etc.. removal of the louvered only…is correct…..
