Do not charge the residents…organizations…
Consider another option…. as the Condos do…and most venues… adhere to….
Require a deposit…
to cover any staff time/ any damage or loss…
put it in the extensive application… (also received)….
give the applicant the option to have a walk-through with a staff employee after the event or the ability to pass and trust the town to be fair…
