Word of caution to walkers…watch where you are going as you proceed on the new sidewalks on Seagrape Drive …
required bending…weaving and single file will be the order of the day …..no hand holding allowed!….
when walking between newly installed street light poles …(an overabundance of them)…. and newly installed utility poles…taking over a few feet here and there out of those 5 feet sidewalks…we were told were ADA required…
Not safe yet!….
Heads up as you proceed east on Washingtonia….
Is that a pole ahead?…YIKES!….
A big old pole right in the middle of the new 5 foot sidewalk…. SPLAT!

BCbythesea wonders…….Is the ex-Town Planner…working on this job…his last… giving us a “proverbial middle finger?”
NOTE: to Town Management…get the newly hired town engineers…NOW!…
the ex- Town Planner…the supervisor on this costly project…has some splainin’ to do… and it should not be contain another “change order!”
Heard another fire took place a few weeks back in another condo…no timely 911/ BSO fire response…again!
the maintenance man did this due diligence…. with a water hose….
New game in LBTS?….. “Where in the World is the BSO?”………”911 …anybody home?”……….
BCbythesea. opinion……forget the harping on Jazz on the Square….figure out the 911/ BSO fire non- response…
or dismiss BSO fire ASAP….for lack of required response time….a contract breaker!
