Walter Keller…has indeed been remiss with his original plans for irrigation….ie…sprinklers on Seagrape Drive/Washingtonia ….
In another deceiving the public move….it was slightly addressed on the notorious consent agenda as a “change order for irrigation problems on Washingtonia”…previous post….
more of the same…just as Washingtonia sidewalks were swept in and voted on …under Seagrape Streetscape change order….previous post…this big blunder is being put under Washingtonia sidewalks….
Commissioners need to enact a audit on this whole mess…
Residents need to be vocal about the real possibility …of Mr Keller suggesting the homeowners will be paying to water the very land that they were told was not theirs…with sprinklers being tied into each property’s private watering system….
Residents living on Seagrape/Washingtonia…should still be angry with the 2 incumbent commissioners…for their stance …believing Mr Keller…(still has us all scratching out heads)….with the Vice Mayor telling all he did not want to “hold up” this project…. well here we are….still on hold…
BCbythesea…if these 2 commissioners had indeed voted with the outgoing Vice Mayor/Mayor Pro-Tem…the project might indeed be over…with sidewalks by the curb…as allowed…and a sprinkler system that was never even touched!…..
shameful call…guys…time to own up and fix it….
