FROM THE FURTH- CIC POLITICAL CAMPAIGN OF DO AS WE SAY…..

Commissioner /Candidate Jim Silverstone putting up signs on the property his client owns in Town today…..

By The Sea Times Owner-Publisher-Editor/ Campaign Mgr. for Silvertstone-Evans-Couriel takes away Sasser/Vincent/ Minnet signs from Jim Silverstone’s biggest pension client’s property …

We hear the Furth-CIC endorsed candidates’ signs were put out in the Right Of Way at the Town gas station today. ….Later The gas station decided to put out all the signs… ..It is said Jim Silverstone and Marc Furth came back to the station and “strong-armed ” the business…Being successful in their “strong-arm tactics, Marc Furth took the opponents of his candidates signs down…The owner of the gas station, decided to be fair and equitable to the candidates and his patrons and chose to allow all of the signs from all of the candidates to be again put out…That ended up to be short-lived…It is said the gas station owner was told by the owner of the property, the “developer”/builder who is said to be Jim Silverstone’s biggest client, to take down the signs of Silverstone’s opponents…and feeling “strong-armed” the tenant did as he was instructed by his “landlord”!… WOW!…

We have been told this client of Jim Silverstone’s has been the recipient of votes on several properties in town over the last 4 years…..courtesy of his client Comm. Jim Silverstone, his pension planner!… Those documented votes were definitely votes that Comm. Silverstone should have recused himself from with full disclosure!…

According to his G1 and G2 the client and big time property owner has not given reported funds to his client Jim Silverstone…Hmmmm………..

SILVERSTONE- EVANS-COURIEL- BTSTIMES OPPOSE SHORT TERM – VACATION RENTALS….. OR DO THEY?…

The Furth-CIC backed candidates Silverstone-Evans-Couriel are running against “short term rentals” but…the NEW By The Sea Realty who have new ads in the Furth’s By The Sea Times….are “Vacation” Rental experts …who advertised “Superbowl Rentals needed”……”Rent by the WEEK, month or season”…OOPS!….BTSTimes lacking local advertisers judging from their last 2 editions seems to think newspaper revenue trumps principal or campaign promises….of course they were hoping nobody would connect the dots…OUCH!…

LOOKING FOR “OUTSIDE” DONATIONS …. TO THEIR CAMPAIGNS …

We hear the Furth-CIC endorsed Candidates Silverstone- Evans- Couriel went to meet with the Greater Fort Lauderdale Real Estate Assoc. last Thursday to sit down and win their endorsement and get a big check!… Candidates Minnet/ Sasser/ Vincent sent the Assoc. their thanks for the invite but expressed they would take a pass to observe their desire that their support be local (with the exception of those close to them who reside outside of town limits)…

The Furth-CIC candidates are again full of HYPE-O-CRISSIE…

What else is new…

Thanks to the “roving” photogs…

more to come….
