Executive Chef Chris Nealon….made a sweet success….when dealing with FDA giving him “a bunch of lemons”…in this case it was tomatoes!….

Not long ago faced with the “great tainted-tomato scare”…which turned out to be…Mexican jalopeno peppers…also in today’s Sentinel….Chef Nealon needed a substitute….and made the choice of strawberries…

Good choice!….Big Hit!…

Garnering happy restaurant diners…and the cover of the food section news-spread to boot!….
