IF FAY COMES OUR WAY…..
Publix now has a huge new generator installed…it will be “inaugurated”…with this one….if the power goes out…and supplies of food etc…should be plentiful…no need to hoard….
Last time…with Wilma….Publix was outstanding without the generator…with is…what a plus for the town….

SPECIAL ASSESSMENT 8/19/08 MEETING CANCELED…ASSESSMENT CANCELED TOO!
Each building decided to use their own existing surplus funds…to cover the items were to be assessed….

Jonathan the Landscape Foreman…is working on the installation of new plants throughout the property…approx.75 locations… the empty planters…at the top of the list…spreading out evenly among the 3 buildings to complete the project….
