THE CIC Old FASHIONED TOWN HALL MEETING….WAS A CIC MEETING….just in Jarvis Hall….
So the format was correct….
approximate attendance…30 CIC members/ 11 non-members…including this writer/Judy Vik..reporter for the Pelican
a horseshoe seating arrangement with the Commissioner seated at a table in front where the podium is usually placed…festively decorated…with deserts and beverages…microphones were provided for the speakers…and [...]
