Here’s The Scoop … Day 3 – Technical Difficulties … We Have Glitches … Granicus ….

TROUBLE SHOOTERS NEEDED  …. ASAP! …

Dear Readers …the ongoing saga continues as we still have “glitches” with Granicus … http://www.granicus.com/Streaming-Media-Government.aspx …our online program … We bought this in 2007 and it was supposed bring us a plethora of possibilities…In this writer’s opinion… it is missing the mark…and the organizational meeting…and probably a lot of programs we should have… I do not blame PIO D’Oliveira…He can only deal with what he has been given… Perhaps now with the tech savvy new commission he will be able to leap forward and get what we thought we would have by now… In the meantime we are stuck…literally …with a “glitch” from Granicus … with maybe, some “troubleshooting” assistance …to arrive this morning…(per e-mail below)….That is if Steve is back before Nov.25th!…OOPS!… Looks like someone needs to  also “troubleshoot” the automatic e-mail response for our PIO  while they’re at it!… This looks like a Round Table item for sure…ASAP!….

Just wanted to let you know, the Granicus online feed did not work. We are going to try again early tomorrow morning. We also contacted Granicus and asked them to see if they could troubleshoot the technical problem.

Wednesday’s organizational meeting is currently being re-broadcast on Channel 78 (and we scheduled a Granicus pick-up feed to capture it online).

Barring any glitches, the meeting will be done around 4 PM (so it should be up online not too long afterwards).
