NOTICE OF ELECTION

THE TOWN OF LAUDERDALE-BY-THE-SEA

WILL HOLD ITS MUNICIPAL ELECTION ON

TUESDAY, MARCH 9,2010, FOR THE PURPOSE

OF ELECTING ONE COMMISSIONER FROM

DISTRICT 1; ONE COMMISSIONER FROM

DISTRICT 2; AND MAYOR AT LARGE.

ALL CANDIDATES MUST BE REGISTERED

ELECTORS IN BROWARD COUNTY AND

RESIDE IN THE DISTRICT WITHIN THE

CORPORATE LIMITS FOR WHICH THEY FILE,

WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE MAYORAL

POSITION, IN WHICH CASE THE CANDIDATE

MAY RESIDE IN ANY DISTRICT WITHIN THE

CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE TOWN OF

LAUDERDALE-BY-THE-SEA.

ALL CANDIDATES MUST OPEN A

CAMPAIGN CHECKING ACCOUNT PRIOR

TO QUALIFYING.

Contrary to a massive misinformation “campaign” this LBTS Municipal 2010 election is EXACTLY  the same as previous elections.

North-end and South -end  voters will vote for 1 Commissioner from the north (Dist. 1) commission candidates

North-end and South -end  voters will vote for 1 Commissioner from the south  (Dist. 2)  commission candidates

North-end and South -end  voters will vote for Mayor from the mayoral candidates

LBTS VOTERS TOWNWIDE VOTE FOR A COMMISSIONER FROM BOTH DISTRICTS !
