Here’s The Scoop … LBTS- VFD Leads The Way To March 2010 …

TO THE MEN AND WOMEN OF THE LBTS-VFD

Dear Readers …….We hear tonight the LBTS-VFD voted to retain Chief Perkins for a second year. They voted for him and not for his opponent outgoing Deputy Chief /Vice Mayor McIntee! With this vote tonight …along with the votes for Joe Padden for Deputy Chief and his son Kevin Padden for Battalion Chief, the VFD can hold their heads up high throughout our Town once again!…

It is said that there was a complaint made to the VFD from Mexico …That while on his cruise McIntee got into an altercation while wearing his VFD  shirt… There is an e-mail in the Chief Perkin’s possession…If true Chief Perkins must immediately suspend VFD member McIntee pending an investigation as was the case for for VFD member Louvaris…

We are also hearing that McIntee lost big time in the count ….. pouring salt in the wound!…

Residents in the town will have a second chance to see a department run right, with standards that will make us all proud!…

This writer and many others in town who did not think the VFD would stand up to Jerry McIntee can sleep well tonight knowing  that the VFD has led the way for the voters of LBTS…to follow their lead and vote Vice Mayor McIntee out of office on March 9, 2010!

Readers…Residents and Voters…make sure to tell the fine men and women of our LBTS-VFD how proud you are of them…and show them your support!
