Here’s The Scoop … Interior Digs Holiday Gala Brought … Cheers And Charity …

THOSE THAT SAVED THE DATE …. WERE GLAD THEY DID!…

Dear Readers …The place to be last Saturday night in LBTS ……Interior Digs Holiday Gala!… We hear the guests were in awe of this spectacular event…It was eye candy in every direction, filled with “exquisite” holiday decorations, specialty gift items …delicious food, drink and good cheer!… The owners assembled volunteers to assist, with some of LBTS local eateries joining in as well ….all to benefit the Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital Foundation…  “Roving reporters” gave this out- of- town writer some of the overview…the “political dish” and plenty of pics…see below…

We hear that candidates…commissioners…and factions from both sides came to participate…..Mayor Minnet was “stationed” upstairs showing jewelry for charity…..and it seems the Mayor got in the best political quip of the evening…It is said Comm. Silverstone came to check out the jewelry and Volunteer Vito Chiarello said not bad for 67 cents…seems the Comm. who says he loves numbers, was not quite so sure Vito was pulling his leg…and asked if he was joking, it had to be more than that……Without missing a beat the Mayor replied “Depends on how many millions of pennies!”… An obvious nod to Comm. Silverstone’s BFF McIntee’s “How many millions in 2.5 billion” remark to Rep. Ellyn Bogdanoff (prev. post..scoops cat.)…

And in this  corner…a private exchange …Hmmmm….Are they talking jewelry prices or ?…
