Update….LBTS…Another Drowning ..

UPDATE…we hear it was  a man in his mid-40s..in boxer shorts…found by a fisherman…called in to BSO …BSO arrived……did an initial assessment… no bloating…no signs of trauma…looks as if some unknown distress caused the drowning…
