From a faithful reader…responding to a few posts…

‘The Staff should be qualified to inform a Board of their responsibility.  The Board of Adjustments is not P & Z.  Their concern is approval or denial of variances to the code.  P & Z is responsible to address design, etc.. ‘

‘I still believe that P&Z should be ask to review plans for modification to the “Motel – Public Safety” building.  Someone should know what is going on and how it will look.  Have you seen any evidence of an elevator on the outside of a building.  I am not sure I would vote to approve if a project came before P&Z …’
