located within the RM-25 zoning district at 4312 El Mar Drive…aka lot 4 block 4 …LBTS plat..

seeking a variance from the provision of the Town’s Code of Ordinances sec. 30-2421 and 30-242 to develop a single family home as redevelopment of a lot 60 feet wide or less.

the applicant is seeking approval to construct his home in the setbacks outlined in section 30-242 instead of 30-241 which reduce the front and side setbacks.
