LOOKS LIKE WE HAVE KINDRED SPIRITS IN OUR NEIGHBORS TO THE SOUTH….

Today is October 9, 2008….presenting yet another month of turning a blind eye to our Master Plan…our Overlay District repeals…and the concerted effort of the M & M & Furths to put off any remedy to this action…..ignoring the voters will……HMMMM….

October 15, 2008…the Regular Planning and Zoning Board Meeting Agenda…has 1 item…for a site plan…

MISSING ….discussion /and or ANY action on the Overlay Districts replacement…..along with the inclusion of the Master Plan Steering Committee as directed by both Commissioner Dodd and Clottey…..

This writer has repeatedly asked for previous Master Plans…to be brought out in the open…for both boards to see them and to include the LBTS residents…to move forward with the Overlay alternative plans for future development…rectifying the 3 over 1…which the “powers that be” want permanently banished from our town despite the “will of the people” with their votes for it….and the agenda for preparation on the required new 5 year Master and Comprehensive Plans…

With no follow-up on so many important topics in our town….a pattern has become apparent…feeding right into many conspiracy theories floating around in both ends of town…
