“LBTS gears up for a new beach patrol”…Fallan Patterson..staff reporter
In what should have been an article about LBTS’ new VFD… the beach patrol…and the VFD Chief Robert Perkins…it turns out to be all about Jerry McIntee!…WHY?….
He should have done more than the rare “abstained” vote from the dais on the VFD beach patrol …included in this article…the Vice Mayor should have abstained from the article itself…and let the Chief fulfill the Chief’s proper role!…
This is why so many….do not trust the VFD and will not vote for a referendum giving them a lifetime contract….because McIntee sucks the air right out of the whole operation with his out in front antics!…
He is continuing to undermine …a fresh start for the volunteers…PITY!….

in the article it states the VFD will go into the water to aid in drownings…this may present some problems for the Town…as it was specified that it could not be presented as a “lifeguard” service….
