Judy Vik …. covering the Ethics complaint charges…previously posted ….here and in the Times/Futures…

Ms. Vik took it upon herself to call and interview many of the participants…adding insight …

One interview is particularly interesting…..

Ms Vik called and spoke to Phillip C. Claypool, executive director of Commission on Ethics….to clarify the portion of the ethics charges finding probable cause that states….

“and because the action of the commission in this matter will serve to correct future conduct by the respondent, the commission will take no further action on the alleged violations.”…

Mr. Claypool responded….”The finding of probable cause is seen as corrective determination or ‘Go and sin no more.’
