What a can of worms the Vice Mayor opened…when he “ad-libbed” from the dais at the 6/24/08 commission meeting during Commissioner comments….on “his” idea…see previous post under suggestion category…3/5/08…and 6/24/08 scoops…to see where the “idea” first appeared….
