BCbythesea hears… the development office dropped the ball on this one…and this is the clean-up….
(after a resident from the north….had a “run-in” with the development…administrative staff of LBTS… that led to the development office staff to have a BSO officer in attendance for a meeting with this resident’s wife…previous post…commission meeting….)
apparently this resident was having a problem with code enforcement…and obtaining a variance…and inquired about the pool…
this led to this …”mistake” by development …and this variance…in public notices…
BCbythesea….question…will there be a full Board of Adjustment Board to hear this variance?….
at the 5/27/08 commission meeting …the Town Clerk informed the commission…2 were needed to replace BOA nominees that declined…will be addressed at 6/11/08 commission meeting…
