Intracoastal is on Life support…Robert Nolan …we need big bucks to be a viable waterway…and are being offered a pittance from the government….
Push for a light rail …the publicity will be revving up fro streetcar support……. just the opposite of the needs for bucks for intracoastal…pass on this one in this economy!
