Sea Ranch Club

3/5/08 9 am Association Areas Executive meeting….
Short one today…
Landscaping…we will be self sufficient with in-house landscaping starting on 3/17/08…Jerry Thompson and 3 hired groundskeepers.
New equipment is ready for pickup…when Villa  (current landscape company) hauls their stuff away.
Soon the year deadline will be over on the replacement warranty for dead palm trees out on  the beach…more [...]

Let There Be Light

Previously, the bcbythesea hubby happily reported there were workmen out in front Of Sea Ranch Club attending to the long missing street lights… I suddenly looked up today…as more workmen are working out there ….attending to the traffic lights…..low and behold…no lights…no covers…. just poles…what gives?
How many years does it take to get these lights?

Nice new paint job at Jarvis Hall….so I’ve been told….
Why the paint before the expected sprinklers and construction?
Are plans on hold for both?

Will They Cut The Ribbon?

Long anticipated…the opening of the former Mulligans’ new baby…101 Ocean…
Heard they are set to cut the ribbon on the 12th….but this ceremony may still be in doubt… due to the outside dining…. extending out to far?
The representatives did try to speak at public comments…perhaps to deal with this very problem…unfortunately the new Mayor stopped them….

There is a sign just as you are turning off 95….onto Commercial that states 7 miles to Chamber of Commerce LBTS…A1A.
The reader often wonders…after tourists haves stopped to refresh and get some info ….if they do indeed turn and return to town?
