When inquiring about the flood problems on ElMar Drive…I received two startling responses….
ElMar Drive flooding is due to storm drains that were cemented over in the 1970’s!
I thought it was a temporary problem up at the northern end due to Minto construction….. wrong!

My oh my what a week we’ve had….first we had a successful 2nd Commission meeting….civil, and succinct…over at 10:20 pm.
The next evening the Chamber’s Taste of the Beach….accolades previously posted….
Now 2 local papers come out…that I use to dread reading….

It is nice to see that Judy Vik has a twofer….two weeks of just reporting what took place at the LBTS Commission meeting…in the Pompano Pelican.
The way that local reporting should be done, letting the readers decide for themselves.
