Elections commission will ratify the election at 5 pm on Friday….
but the election certification will not take place until Monday!
Which now leaves the following chain of events….unless an unexpected stipulation arises on the dais later…

There is a meeting tonight… 5 pm
An Amended Agenda…for the commissioners to vote on the new swearing in day and time!
Support should be there just in case….see you all there!

Just as I said in the previous post… my acquaintance spoke to Supervisor of Elections office….
we are back on track!
Unfortunately as stated before…it is NOT today.
The new day and time….
Monday Feb.11, 2008 at 5 pm !
So even though we will all have to wait …at least we as a town are assured (unless more confusion [...]

Some calls to city hall have produced varied answers from the receptionist at town hall.
No news until 3 or 4 pm…..really short notice!
